Sharbati wheat is a regional variety of atta, derived from the wheat grown in the Sehore and Vidisha regions of MP. Also known as the MP wheat, Sharbati atta is lighter in taste, better in texture and keeps rotis soft for a longer period.
This amazingly ends up increasing the protein content of Sharbati wheat as compared to the other wheat atta.

Storage & Expiry:

Store in a cool dry place. Consume the atta within 1 month after opening the pouch or transfer the contents to an air tight jar immediately for a longer shelf life.
