Jowar also known as Sorghum, is a staple source of nutrition and one of the most important cereals in the world. Fibre in jowar helps keep the bowels moving, which prevents constipation. It also lowers the levels of bad LDL cholesterol, protecting the body against onset of cardiovascular diseases.
Jowar being gluten-free is also found to be beneficial for people with IBS and reduce symptoms like bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, fatigue, headaches etc.
Storage & Expiry:
Store in a cool dry place. Consume the atta (flour) within 1 month after opening the pouch or transfer the contents to an air tight jar immediately for a longer shelf life.
The product has an expiry date of 4 months from the month of packing.
